Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, here is how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from signs of wear, odor, or damage
- In its original packaging
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason and without any penalty. Our voluntary 30-day return window exceeds this legal minimum.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons the following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged: lingerie, swimwear and intimate items; final-sale or clearance items; gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at scchsm@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color when stock is available.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
